For today’s episode we are sharing a demonstration of a variation of Frasier’s Dissociative Table.

Description:

This is a recorded session of mine, Jen, from approximately 3 years ago. This recording was done with a client of mine that I had worked with for a significant portion of time before this session. As we were venturing into our work with Ego States, I utilized a variation of Fraser’s Dissociative Table as a structure for learning more about the creative expressions of this individuals nervous system. In many ways, Fraser’s Dissociative Table served as a tool for collecting more history and learning more about this individuals attachment and trauma experiences. Prior to this recording, this client and I had already been talking about “parts of self” and she had begun to identify some of her parts that she was already aware of. This is why you will hear us refer to them by name or nickname.
