Jen and Bridger interview Dr. Michelle Morrissey on EMDR and interweaves.

I am writing this book for several reasons. First, because there seems to be a lot of mystery, questions, and trepidation about interweaves. For that reason, I want to demystify interweaves. Second, many therapists are unsure of what to ask and when to interject with an interweave. Third, there is a gap in the understanding, teaching, and application of interweaves and I want to close that gap. Fourth, I want to help readers understand how the use of interweaves, both cognitive and imaginal, can help clients move through the most horrendous traumas in the safest way possible.
